Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create an account or use Olvane. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the service.

Your account

Keep your password and API keys safe. You're responsible for what happens under your account, and for only adding domains you control.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break it, without notice where needed to protect other customers.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. We'll give notice before changing prices for an existing subscription.

Your content

The email and data you put in Olvane stay yours. You allow us to store, process and transmit them only as needed to run the service.

Service and delivery

We work to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will be uninterrupted. Other providers decide whether to accept or filter a message, so we can't guarantee that any email reaches an inbox. Keep your own copies of anything important.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time. When an account is closed, its mailboxes and stored mail are deleted.
