Common questions
Do I pay per mailbox or per person?
No. Each plan is one monthly price per account and includes a set number of mailboxes.
Do I need my own domain?
Yes. Olvane sends and receives on a domain you own, so your address stays yours. You can buy a domain from any registrar.
What counts as an email?
Each recipient counts as one email in your daily limit. Mail you receive doesn't count.
What happens if I reach my daily limit?
New sends are refused with a clear error until your 24-hour count drops. Mail already accepted isn't affected, and incoming mail keeps working.
Can I keep my current email provider?
Yes. Add a subdomain such as mail.yourcompany.com and your existing inboxes stay exactly where they are.
Can I send marketing email?
Only to people who agreed to hear from you. Purchased lists aren't allowed. See the acceptable use policy.
