Acceptable Use Policy

Every customer depends on the reputation of the same sending systems, so these rules protect all of us.

You may only email people who agreed to hear from you

• No purchased, rented or scraped lists.
• Marketing email must include a working unsubscribe link, and requests must be honored.

Never use the service for

• Spam, phishing, malware, or scams.
• Impersonating another person, company or organization, including domains that are made to look like someone else's.
• Illegal content or activity, or harassment.
• Trying to get around sending limits, or to access another customer's data.

Keep your sending healthy

Accounts with high bounce or complaint rates may be limited while we look into it. As a guide, keep bounces under 4% and complaints under 0.08%.

What happens if these rules are broken

We may block a domain, cancel queued email, or suspend the account, without notice where needed to protect other customers.
